Refund & Return Policy

At FashionFlairr, we strive to provide the best quality t-shirts and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Tags must be intact.

You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded back to the payment method used.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was delivered (if size selection was made correctly at the time of order).

To request an exchange, email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of receiving your product, along with a clear photo of the product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized t-shirts

Items on clearance or special sale

Items damaged due to misuse or washing errors

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). After that, we begin processing and cannot cancel the order.
