At FashionFlairr, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, safe, and affordable manner. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how and when your orders will be shipped and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us at fashionflair272@gmail.com to check availability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

30₹ charge Shipping on all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge may apply (displayed at checkout).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather conditions

Unexpected courier service issues

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

FashionFlairr is not liable for such delays, but we will do our best to assist you.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking ID. You can track your order through our website or directly via the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping will only be done after confirmation and may incur additional charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share photos of the damaged package or a non-delivery confirmation

We will investigate and offer a resolution (replacement/refund) accordingly
